Arrosticinando, Arrosticini Tipici Abruzzesi alla Brace, Ristorante Tipico

Abruzzo between Rome and Ostia! Discovered by chance by searching on google maps. Informal place. Excellent food, from the fried cheese (to share), through the bruschetta (we tried three flavors each), up to the Arrosticini (of all flavours, personally I loved the liver ones but they were all exceptional). The tiramisu was also very good. Friendly, friendly and helpful staff! The only flaw was the tables outside which were not very stable when placed on the pavement. We spent around €40 each: portion of fried cheese divided into 2, 3 bruschettas each, around 20 kebabs each, sweet and bitter, plus water and beer. (Visit dated early July 2023)

After seeing a video on YouTube several months ago by the young video blogger Giuliacrossbow in which she showed this place and the various dishes, I was positively impressed and promised myself that the first time I came to Rome, I would definitely go and try this place. . So, as soon as I entered the restaurant I was immediately greeted with kindness and courtesy by the owner of the restaurant who was at the cash register, she was kind enough to accompany me to the table. After explaining the menu to me, I decided to order the fried cheese, as I anticipated, which is truly a specialty, accompanied by a bruscetta with sausage and burrata, also truly delicious, then I ordered 3 classic sheep's skewers, 3 beef skewers, and 3 handmade sheep's roasts. A real treat! To drink I took a glass of red wine and a bottle of water. For dessert I enjoyed an excellent Cruncky Nutella and Oreo Cheesecake. The bill of €32, for everything I tasted, is more than fair! I'm really happy to have discovered this place. I'll be back for sure! 😊
